Tsukiakari
Acrylic on japanese paper, 2022

Tsukiakari which means «landscape under the moonlight» in Japanese, has been the first time in which the artist has used as a background, the dark blue paper, always «Washi» Japanese handmade paper and purchased in Kyoto especially for her collections, to give a contrast, the darkness of it with the drawing of endless silhouettes in the form of mountains thought from a geometric shape in coherence with all her work and interspersed without order proportion.
They end up aligned horizontally giving an imaginary «perspective», in a varied palette of colors.
And it will be here at night, where the gold will become the light of the moon…
